ALL WORK: Tow truck contact information with permission to call for vehicle removal provided. ASPHALT: All cars and items on or near the work area within 10 ft need to be removed as by 8:00 am. No sprinklers for day prior to work and 2 days after job completion STRIPING: All cars clear of parking lot by 8 am, No sprinklers for day prior to work and 2 days after job completion SEALCOATING: All cars clear of parking lot by 8 am, No sprinklers for day prior to work and 2 days after job completion PRESSURE WASHING: Water access location provided, parking lot needs to be clear of all vehicles by 8:00 am

We offer help obtaining permits as needed but do not do permits on new construction. Our cost for permits will be T&M as it is unknown how many inspections will be required and completed before the projects starts. Permits can cost anywhere from $600-$3000 on average depending on the project and the location.

We work between 8am - 4pm on most projects onsite.

Cedar Creek has 1-year warranty on labor and material defects. A copy of our warranty can be provided upon request.
